The sauce measurements yield medium-drenched buffalo cauliflower. If you find you need more sauce on your cooked cauliflower, then feel free to bump up the measurements. You can even serve a little extra sauce on the side and dip your cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and milk.
  • Next, coat all pieces of cauliflower in the mixture.
  • Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, mix together buffalo sauce and honey.
  • Remove cauliflower from the oven and pour Buffalo sauce mixture over top. Toss to coat.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 more minutes.
  • Serve with ranch/blue cheese. Enjoy!
