The sauce measurements yield medium-drenched buffalo cauliflower. If you find you need more sauce on your cooked cauliflower, then feel free to bump up the measurements. You can even serve a little extra sauce on the side and dip your cauliflower. 

If you don’t like cauliflower I recommend that you still try this recipe! The flavors from the honey and Buffalo sauce mixed helps not only mask the earthy cauliflower flavor but enhance it to make it taste even better and more unique.

Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and milk.
  • Next, coat all pieces of cauliflower in the mixture.
  • Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, mix together buffalo sauce and honey.
  • Remove cauliflower from the oven and pour Buffalo sauce mixture over top. Toss to coat.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 more minutes.
  • Serve with ranch/blue cheese. Enjoy!
