Spicy Avocado and Tomato Soup

Some like it Hot Hot Hot!  And, if you are that person who likes spicy and hot, then this is the perfect recipe for you. I can guarantee you that you and your palette will be satisfied because this Spicy Avocado and Tomato Soup will not disappoint.

An even bigger plus for this recipe is that it is so easy to make. The two main ingredients are the avocado and the plum tomatoes. You will only need three spices. Who doesn’t have salt, pepper and red pepper flakes in their pantry? I know I do and I believe you do too. So go ahead and grab your blender, a cup of water and mesmerize your palette with this tasty soup.

I love simple but most importantly, I love good tasting recipes. My family loves when Spicy Avocado and Tomato soup is on the menu. It is something they can easily make for themselves, but because I love to serve my family and friends, I happily oblige their appetites.

It is also a soup that can be served directly from blender to bowl. You can eat it cold or heat it in a saucepan if you want it warm. Either way you decide to devour it, it will be delightful.

Avocados have numerous health benefits and so do tomatoes. If you are watching your figure like a lot of us, this is a great go-to-soup to have.

You can always make bigger batches if you choose to refrigerate for a couple of days. Mine never tend to last that long though. This particular recipe will yield two healthy servings.

You might be so engrossed in this delicious soup that you might forget all about the bread, chips or crackers. And, you know what that means. Yes, you guessed it.
