Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 long grain white rice, cooked (equal to 1 cup uncooked rice)

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • 4 cups 4 milk

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons 2 unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • To a large pot, add cooked rice and salt.
  • Stir in milk, sugar, and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes (the mixture should be thick.)
  • Turn off heat and stir in unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
  • Serve warm or cold and Enjoy!
