Autumn Smoothie

Autumn Smoothie

Smoothies may be a cold drink, but this flavor smoothie is sure to bring you much warmth. Jam-packed with fall ingredients and spices. This Autumn Smoothie offers your palate many of the fall flavors in just one drink.

The ingredients that you will need to make your Autumn smoothie are ¼ cup of pumpkin purée (be sure to use pumpkin purée and not pumpkin pie filling), ¾ cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 medium apples that are cored and sliced (feel free to leave the peels on or remove them), 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup, and ½ cup of ice. Making this recipe is easy. Simply put all the ingredients in your blender and blend in until all ingredients are combined. Keep in mind, there will be chunks of apples. If you leave the peel on, you will also have small pieces throughout the smoothie and with each sip.

Doesn’t that seem easy? Well, it is. And, this is one of the reasons why I love making smoothies so much!
