When I started experimenting years ago with desserts and made my very first Bread Pudding, I was amazed that I had to use stale bread. Yes, you will need the bread to be a little hard, essentially stale. Any leftover bread that you have, don’t toss it. Make yourself a delicious Bread Pudding. You deserve it. And, just in case you are wondering, yes, bread pudding can be frozen. However, do not pour the sauce over it when you freeze the bread pudding. It will only make your pudding soggy. You can make the sauce in no time at all, so don’t fret.

Bread Pudding is most delicious when eaten warm. Add a dollop of ice cream and you might need seconds. This recipe is easy to make. I try my best to offer you quick and easy recipes. I also like to use what I have in my pantry. Maybe not Rum, but I did not use Rum for this particular Bread Pudding recipe. Perhaps, next time.

However, you choose to make and eat your Bread Pudding, do me a favor will you? Enjoy every Delicious bite, as if you are Celebrating New Orleans Style!
