Parmesan Herb Marinated Salmon

Are you like me? I can eat Salmon any day of the week. It is usually my go-to fish when I want to put it in a salad or have it on top of a bed of cooked spinach with a potato of some sort. Whether it is a sweet potato with a pat of butter and cinnamon or a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and chives.

Anybody Hungry yet? Then, there is so much you are going to love about trying this Parmesan Herb Honey Glazed Salmon. It is a very quick fish to cook and it is even better to eat. I also like the fact that salmon doesn’t have to be reheated. You can eat it cold or warm. How I eat it the next day, all depends on my mood.

I love leftovers and tend to make enough salmon for food prep. It saves a lot of time, especially if you are crunched for time like most of us are nowadays. You are just going to Love this Parmesan Herb Honey Glazed Salmon that I air fried.

My air fryer has been one of the best gifts I have gotten in a long while.  My dad bought one for me last summer and I use it pretty much every day. Whether I am reheating my leftovers or putting this mouthwatering Parmesan Herb Honey Glazed Salmon in it to reheat, the air fryer has saved me lots of time. It definitely has kept me from being hangry.  Yes, hungry and angry (Hangry), when I neglect to eat on schedule; knowing that I shouldn’t skip meals.

That is another reason to have cooked salmon handy in your refrigerator to avoid a hangry family member. I like to buy a good piece of salmon without the scales.  It may cost a dollar or two more; but for me, it has been well worth it. Yes, if you wish, buy your salmon with scales.  The scales usually loosen when cooked and you can save yourself a buck or two. Your salmon. Your choice. As for me and my salmon, I like it De-scaled.  It saves me time and I don’t have to concern myself with fussing with the scales on my plate. I decided to make a marinade for this salmon and it was just the right amount of zest and zing I needed.
