The ingredients that you need to make this are 2 cups of broccoli florets that are rinsed and cut into bite-sized pieces, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, and 1 cup of chicken stock or vegetable stock.

To get started on cooking this Air Fryer Soy Ginger Broccoli, preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Next, in a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, olive oil, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and pour 1 cup of either chicken or vegetable stock over it. The addition of the stock will help the broccoli to steam and not burn. Cook for 10 minutes, being sure to toss the broccoli halfway through so that the florets cook evenly. Remove the broccoli from the air fryer. Finally, Serve and Enjoy!

The broccoli should be crispy on the outside and tender when bitten. However, if you like your broccoli even crispier, then air fry it for 1 minute more. Repeat that time addition until you reach your desired crispiness. Now, do you see just how easy that is? You can almost make this recipe with your eyes closed!

This recipe is for sure a step up from your regular steamed broccoli or even broccoli that is seasoned with only salt and pepper. This Air Fryer Soy Ginger Broccoli is packed with flavor! You can serve this Air Fryer Soy Ginger Broccoli with any side of your choice! Roasted sweet potatoes go perfectly with it. Roasted chicken is another wonderful option. Enjoy this recipe and Happy Air Frying!
