  • 1 package pork or turkey bacon

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place bacon on the sheet.
  • Bake bacon for 17 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and drain between two layers of paper towels.
  • Use a food processor or a large knife to chop the bacon into bits.
  • Store in a freezer bag or a glass jar.

You can use either pork bacon or Turkey bacon to make these yummy bacon bits. It’s entirely up to you. Making bacon bits is pretty self-explanatory. To make this recipe, you need 1 package of pork bacon or turkey bacon. First, start by preheating your oven to 375°F/190°C. Next, line a baking sheet with foil. This will make cleaning up so much easier! Place the bacon on the foil-lined baking sheet. Bake the bacon for 17 to 20 minutes.
