  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • ¾ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Place directly on oven rack and bake for
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  • Slice and Enjoy!

Notes

  • After baking, if you find the cheese still isn’t melted to your liking, broil it on high for 1 minute at a time.

For this recipe, I used a cheese grater to shred my block of mozzarella cheese. However, that isn’t necessary. You can use prepackaged shredded mozzarella cheese. Just be sure that it is low-moisture as listed on the ingredient list. This will ensure it melts properly. As the pizza bakes, the vegetables will get a bit tender while still keeping their crunch. So, don’t worry about them getting too soft or mushy at all.

Hopefully you enjoy making this quick and easy recipe! Keep it in mind for the next time you are craving pizza. It for sure won’t disappoint your tastebuds. Enjoy and Happy Cooking!
