Healthy Blender Celery Juice

Celery Juice is my new Go-To juice. I can vouch for the numerous benefits in these healthy green stalks. It is a powerful cleansing juice. In other words, celery juice is a healer. It can relieve inflammation in your body, relax your nerves and even improve your skin.

I love to pour my fresh celery juice in glass jars. Not only is the juice pretty in the glass jars with its vibrant green coloring, it lasts longer too.

Surely, you can choose to use plastic containers, but I like to use glass jars because they are free of chemicals and I know I am helping to improve the environment.

Celery is also beneficial in regulating blood pressure because it contains fiber, potassium and magnesium.

Yes, celery juice can do wonders for your body. If you are looking to lose weight, grab a glass of celery juice.

I have been drinking a cup or two daily for the past two weeks now and drinking it consistently has improved my overall health. It is such a simple juice to make and drink too.

I chose to juice because I needed a quick jumpstart after going on vacation to my hometown of Philadelphia with my dad. We were there for an entire week, eating all of our favorites. You might know that Philly is known for its cheesesteaks, Rita’s water ice, WaWa coffee and soft pretzels. We even visited our favorite Amish markets and got all of our goodies that we both have missed for nearly four years.

Now, two weeks later, I am back on track and that is why I had to do a juice cleanse. It is easy on the stomach and quite a tasty juice with no aftertaste. It goes down smoothly and celery juice is super easy to make. And, it takes no time at all to see immediate results.

It is such a simple juice to make and drink too. I like to refrigerate it as soon as I blend it. I love to drink it chilled. You can also drink it at room temperature if you choose.

You will need water, celery, a blender and a strainer to get the pulp from the celery. That is it. Oops, I almost forgot. Grab your favorite mug or glass jar and drink up! Enjoy Juicing!

  1. Any kind of blender? No specific type of juicer? I own a blender and a mini Cuisinart.
Tiny kitchen, hate to keep buying gadgets. Love the idea of reducing inflammation.
    Senior citizen, want to simplify.

    Thank you

  2. I think eating celery is preferential to drinking its juice. The reason is that in juicing you strain out the pulp. The pulp is fiber.
Eating a whole fruit or vegetable is so much healthier than juicing it unless you do not strain out any of it.
