These Air Fryer Dry Rub Party Wings call for only a few seasonings. These seasonings create a unique flavor. I am sure that you have these seasonings on hand already. These Air Fryer Dry Rub Party Wings require 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Oh, and guess what else? No oil is required for this recipe. How great is that?

Season the wings with the dry rub blend. Be sure to work the mixture into each wing. This helps the wings to get evenly flavored. Place the wings in the air fryer’s basket. Be sure to not overcrowd the basket. It is OK if the wings slightly touch each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might have to make these in batches.

Set your air fryer to 400°F and air fry the wings for 20-22 minutes. Shake every 6 minutes. (If you are using frozen wings, allow them to cook unseasoned first for about 5 minutes in the air fryer. Then add the dry rub to them and finish cooking.) After the cooking time, allow the wings to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. This resting period will help them to retain their juiciness.

It is as easy as that! These party wings taste like they have been deep-fried. However, the best part is that there is no oil or mess required. Enjoy these party wings with french fries and any dipping sauces of your choice. I find that these wings go best with Blue Cheese or Ranch! Happy Cooking!
