Garlic Butter Asparagus

If you are in need of a quick and easy side dish to make, then try this Garlic Butter Asparagus recipe. It’s exactly what it is. Asparagus flavored with garlic and butter. It’s just so delicious! 

To make this recipe, you only need a few ingredients. They are one bunch of fresh asparagus, (that are washed and trimmed) 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and some salt and pepper to taste. Onion powder in this recipe can be optional. However, it does help offer a unique flavor and enhances the overall taste of the dish. 

To make this recipe, preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C Next, on a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Roast the seasoned asparagus for 20-25 minutes. And, finally serve and enjoy it!!

Ingredients

  • 1 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, washed and trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons 2 olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon 1 garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

To serve this Garlic Butter Asparagus, serve it with your favorite protein and sides. You can also cut it up and his it in a casserole or veggie bowl. The options are truly endless with a dish like this. As you can tell, not much hard work is required to make this dish tasty. You’ll be glad that you decided to make this one!
