After Dinner Tea

And, Oh So Delicious. It is a delightful tea and perfect after eating a good meal. The bonus is that it takes mere minutes to make from start to finish. As soon as the water gets hot, you are ready to prepare this soothing tea.

The ingredients are simple. For this recipe, I used a total of four tea bags. You will need two chamomile tea bags and two peppermint tea bags.

Grab your raw honey, ginger crystals and cinnamon and you will soon be mesmerized by the aroma of flavors.

Cinnamon is good for your complexion because it helps to stimulate the blood flow in your skin. When cinnamon and honey are mixed together, they pack quite a powerful punch. You can even mix cinnamon and honey together to make a face mask. In fact, you can kill two birds with one stone. While you are sipping on this relaxing cup of tea, you can let your face get the proper nutrients by treating yourself to a face mask. All you have to do is sit back for 15 minutes, relax, sip and then rinse your face.

I love saving time while multitasking. And, this one will be quite sweet, because the aroma from the tea and the smell of the honey mask on your face will manage to put you in a very relaxed mood. Which will allow you to look forward to sleeping like a newborn baby.
