As you know, there is a lot you can do with bananas. You can put them in dinner or dessert for a unique and sweet texture and flavor. Or, of course, eat them as is.  I find that I do not pan fry/sear them very often. So, I am certainly glad that I did with this recipe.

To make these Cinnamon Pan-Fried Bananas you will need only a few ingredients. They are 1 sliced banana, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of raw honey, and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. To get started on making these, first, in a large skillet, over medium heat, stir together the cinnamon, raw honey, and unsalted butter until it’s melted. Next, add the sliced bananas and cook them for about 2 minutes per side. Be sure to adjust the heat to prevent burning. You should see the mixture start to bubble up. At last, serve the Cinnamon Pan-Fried Bananas by themselves or with ice cream or other desserts. Simply, enjoy!

You can plate these Cinnamon Pan-Fried Bananas to look as beautiful as you want and serve them. As far as the measurements go, you can add as much or as little cinnamon as you see fit. The only measurement that you truly want to adhere to is the butter. If your bananas are slightly under-ripe, you can add more honey. However, if your bananas are pretty ripe, then you can add less. As the bananas fry up in the pan, they release their natural sugars. This makes them taste sweeter. So, if you do not want to overpower your palate with sugar, then try a slice or two of your banana before searing to gauge just how sweet it is.

Hopefully, those tips were helpful for you as you embark on your banana frying journey! Enjoy making these Cinnamon Pan-Fried Bananas and eating them all the more. Happy Cooking!
