To make this recipe, the ingredients that you will need are 1 ¼ cup of bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts that are cut into 1 ½ inch sized pieces, ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter and a bit of cooking spray.
To get started on the preparation and cooking process, first, preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Next, in a large bowl, mix your bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Then, dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter. Then dip them into the bread crumb mixture. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the nuggets on the sheet.
