If you never had oat milk, then you should definitely get on the bandwagon. When I first heard of oat milk, I never expected it to be so tasty. Now, I use it for just about anything and everything that calls for milk.

Making this recipe truly can’t get any easier. Only a few ingredients are needed. Well, if you prefer to drink your lattes unsweetened you can just use two ingredients. Alright, folks, let’s get into making this!

To start, the ingredients that you will need are 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup of coffee and 2 cups of oat milk, and your sweetener of choice (sugar, zero-calorie sweetener, maple syrup, etc.) If you want foam on top of your latte, in addition to the 2 cups of oat milk, be sure to froth ¼ cup of oat milk. Use it on top of your latte. To froth use a milk frother. I got mine on Amazon for about $12. It has been pretty handy whenever I am in the mood for a latte at home.

To make the latte, brew your espresso. Then, in a saucepan over low heat, heat the espresso and oat milk together. Pour into glasses and sweeten to your liking. Use any type of sweetener that you would like to sweeten this yummy latte to your liking. You may also use a frother to froth a bit of oat milk to put on top of the lattes. And, finally, serve and enjoy!

You’ll be happy to know that this recipe makes enough for two servings. So, you’ll be able to share this drink with a loved one. Or, if you want seconds, then you can certainly make this and have the second cup for yourself, now or later! So, whether you choose to start your morning with one of these delicious lattes, or enjoy it as an afternoon treat, I hope you enjoy every single sip! On that note, Happy Sippin’!
