  • 8 small 8 corn or flour tortillas

  • 1 cup 1 shredded green or purple cabbage

  • Sweet jarred jalapeños

  • For the Green Dressing:
  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon 1 lime juice

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro

Directions

  • For the Shrimp:
  • Season shrimp with taco seasoning. Next, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and cook shrimp for 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

  • To Assemble:
  • Dress corn or flour tortillas with shredded cabbage, shrimp, jalapeños, and green dressing.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

I made the shrimp on my stovetop. You certainly can make it on the grill if you want a little more char or smoky flavor. The dressing was something I just threw together and it turned out to be an excellent pairing for the shrimp! I chose to drizzle the dressing over my tacos. However, you can also coat the shrimp and toppings in the dressing and then place it on the tortilla.

Hopefully, you find this recipe easy to follow, easy to make, and even easier to devour! Happy Cooking!
